The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the poorly equipped kitchen. Only one powerpoint at worktop level. Which had to serve, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and coffee machine.

Wow, I've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this is without a doubt the nicest one I have ever stayed at! It is spacious, well appointed (with the exception of kitchen utensils - no spatula and coffee pot), and the location is amazing. We walked to all the popular attractions - the Trevi fountain, Vatican and Colosseum. It's close to many restaurants and a Carrefour express. And it has a lift for suitcases!!

Excellent location and outdoor space was great to have. Indoor space amount was great fior 6 adults Grocery store was right across the street. Coffee maker was not easy to use. I wish they could have given us more than 2 keys as we had 3 couples staying. Keys presented us with logistical issues. Beds could have been better. Again the location was amazing.

Apartment was in an excellent location, the host was very helpful and communicative. The furniture in the family room could use replacing, a but stained and old and some attention to dusting light fixtures and some higher areas could be better, but we came at a time when there was a worker strike so it was difficult for the cleaners to get to and from places due to things beyond their control. The location is perfect, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance and we enjoyed our stay overall.

Wonderful property in the heart of Rome. I would be happy to stay here again over and over. One negative was the lack of TVs in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was wonderful. Located on the same block as shopping, food and a small market.

We loved our stay in this apartment! The location is perfect, with views of the ruins, we loved spotting cats from the windows and eating on the balcony. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go (Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc.) and had lots of shopping and restaurants very close by.Our issues were pretty minor: a couple of the holders for the shutters were rusted and so we had to leave those shutters closed. We got a late checkout, which we were happy with, but the cleaner didn't know about it and showed up a little before we left which left him a little confused.The apartment was comfortable and we really appreciated the air conditioners in every room. We made good use of the washing machine, but keep in mind that the dryer is not vented, so takes longer and plan accordingly. It was great being able to do some cooking in the kitchen for meals we did not eat out.

Check in was difficult. Property was stingy on toilet paper, providing only 4 rolls when we have 7 people and stayed 2 nights. They did not let with luggage holding. Toiletries and kitchen supplies were limited to none. Steep stairs and tiny elevator.

Perfect location, good space

Overall, we enjoyed this place. It had enough room for the family with a beautiful view! We would stay here again. The only thing we would change are the showers. The one bathroom barely had light and the other one was so small and crammed it was hard to use. We appreciated that there was a washer/dryer and enough beds.

Perfect Location

This was spacious for the 5 of us. The view was amazing especially at night. We were so grateful about the location. We only had to take a taxi a couple of times. We felt we could walk anywhere from here. Tip: Water pressure in the shower is not the best so we used the handheld part for most.

Great location and good for family vacation

We loved staying at this apartment. We were able to walk all over Rome on a daily basis. Walked to the Vatican, Forum, shopping district, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and a great nightlife area called Trastevere. The apartment has great views, the balcony off the kitchen was wonderful for a morning espresso and the beds were comfortable. A small market was only a block away and we were able to purchase what we needed for meals and a few supplies. The agent who met us at the apartment was super nice and she even carried a 40 pound suitcase up 3 flights of stairs for us. We used the washing machine 2x and had zero issues, unlike other reviewer. It's a bit $$, but was worth it for our family to make great memories in Rome.

Wonderful Stay in Rome!

We had an amazing experience at this rental. The location is fantastic – within walking distance to many of Rome’s must-see spots, great restaurants, and public transportation. There was even a taxi stand nearby, which made getting around even easier. The host was fantastic – incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us some great local recommendations. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver after long days of sightseeing in the summer heat. It was the perfect base for exploring Rome. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in a great location!
