The hotel was amazing, the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that we were there for a short time. We stayed at many hotels throughout Rome and I wish we had more days there.

We stayed for 3 nights before getting on our cruise. This hotel is lovely, a bit outside of busy center of Rome. Our room was clean, bright and very comfortable. There is a small restaurant on site with a master chef creating delicious food. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions or problems. We were more than happy we had picked this hotel.

I was hoping to get a room with a good view but did not get it as they were not available I was also charged €37 in addition to the reservation that I made with Expedia being made which I was not aware of.other than these the stay was good.

It was a great hotel. Very clean and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast buffet was was excellent. The only downside is it’s not in a convenient location but they have a shuttle bus and can order taxis within minutes.

This hotel was great. It is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood with access to multiple buses. Bonus, it’s located 30mins from all the activities. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice and friendly. The garden is beautiful. You can actually see parrots flying by now and again, (they are wild animals in Italy). The food provided in the dinning area was great. I never had an issue, not one night. I ate breakfast there 3 times and dinner once. It was good. One of my highlights was when I told the concierge that it was my birthday so, I’m going out to dinner. When I got back in that night, there was a bowl of fruits and a card waiting for me in my room. That was so sweet. I would absolutely recommend Massimi to anyone and would definitely stay there again.
