This spacious and modern 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment is located in the Balduina area and is fully equipped for long stays, with everything you need for the perfect ‘away from home experience’. This apartment is suitable for couples, families and those who need a place to stay for business. You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

It is composed of an entrance hall, a double living room, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of which en-suite), a kitchen and a balcony. Wooden floors throughout, very luminous and airy. Air conditioning is available in the three bedrooms and in the large living room.

Located in a modern building with a lift, the apartment offers a very convenient location, near the Vatican and Prati, very well supplied by the main services and public transport, including the Balduina train station which is just a 5 minute walk from the property.

We operate a self check-in policy through a lockbox. This provides maximum flexibility in case of late arrivals.

The house is delivered clean and ready with bed linen and towels, as well as all kitchen appliances.

Absolutely Amazing!

Absolutely amazing. We did not want to leave. Claudia met us when we arrived. She left snacks and beverages for us in the fridge. The pictures do not do this flat justice. It is absolutely amazing. 5 star. Very very spacious. The decor was gorgeous. The building itself is well maintained. When I say she has everything, she has everything you could ever imagine: down comforters, batteries, every plate, dish cup, serving platter you can think of. Every utensil. Games. Cards. Hangers. Shampoo body wash. Literally all the comforts of home. The flat is about 12 minutes by taxi to the city center and about 35 minutes walking. We did both. When we return we will definitely be staying with Claudia again. She is wonderful.

The host was great with communication but I did have a couple complaints. The main reason we booked her unit is because on the add it says the unit has a washer and dryer it did not , just a washer . And the second complaint is the back bedroom does not have air conditioning or a fan and it was uncomfortable sleeping in that room besides that it was great . Claudia was a great host .

Beautiful Apartment in Balduina

Our stay at the apartment was amazing for several reasons. First, the apartment was very spacious, it accommodated our family of 5 adults. It was very clean and well designed. Great lighting through the various rooms. My favorite room was the living room. I loved the art work on the walls and the furnitures were very trendy. The kitchen had everything we needs to cook; stove, oven, microwave, a wide range of utensils, dishes.. The bathrooms were clean. The hot/ cold water worked 99% of the time. The hot/ cold water in the bathroom with the shower needs adjusting. When showering, at times the water temperature to change from hot to cold or cold to hot without warning. All of the rooms had Air-condition except one bedroom. Overall the apartment was really great. I would definitely rent it again. The neighborhood had lots of stores and shops to buy whatever we needed; two supermarkets within walking distance. Two bus stops within walking distance. Overall we were very satisfied and had a great experience staying at the apartment. Recommendation Supply two sets of keys for large family groups.

Good location to start major site seeing trips.

The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities one can expect. The location is convenient for site seeing trips while leaving the car in the garage across the street. Public transportation or Uber is the way to go. Recommend this place for families or smaller groups.

Eine tolle Unterkunft. Nah zur Bushaltestelle, der hĂ€ufig und zu den relevanten Zielen bzw. Metro in der Innenstadt fĂ€hrt. Wohnung liegt in völlig untouristischem Wohnviertel. Also das echte LebensgefĂŒhl der Einwohner Roms. Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet. FĂŒr alle, die auch im Urlaub selber kochen: Es gibt wirklich scharfe Messer in allen GrĂ¶ĂŸen. Es gibt große Töpfe und Pfannen.
