This was an amazing place to stay during our time in Rome. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to many attractions, just five minutes from the Trevi Fountain, and surrounded by great local restaurants. Breakfast was included and absolutely wonderful. As other guests have mentioned, it included a choice of an omelet or other cooked eggs, fresh pastries, and a variety of juices and coffee. The room wasn’t large, but it was clean and more than sufficient for our needs. We booked a room with separate beds for our kids, which we found difficult to find in Rome without paying a much higher price. The location truly was amazing and I would stay here again if we returned to Rome. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We arrived early before our room was ready, and they stored our luggage until room was ready. When we returned our bags were already in the room, which was a great touch. They also would store our luggage after checkout but we didn’t need to use the service. After staying in other hotels throughout Italy, Switzerland, and France, this was an incredible find. We typically stay at Marriott-brand hotels and did not feel like we missed out on any amenities here. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for one week and loved this hotel. Breakfast was good and staff was great and friendly. It’s in a busy area but was quiet at night and only a handful of rooms around you. If a quiet is important to you this is the place to stay ! Front desk staff were so helpful as well.

Beautiful modern, spacious rooms. An amazing staff who were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Convenient location to many historic sites including Spanish Steps & Travis Fountain. The b-cool bar offers a great selection of breakfast foods and the bar staff were so friendly.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern, (a few cracked tiles in the bathroom) although I had some difficulty figuring out the lights. Definitely smaller rooms. No real room to unpack clothes. The bed was set up sort of diagonally in the room which left little space to get in and out. The view wasn’t the best. Absolutely loved the location. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the Trevi fountain, 10 minutes to Spanish steps, etc. So nice to have a grocery store across the street and a wash and fold laundry around the corner. We enjoyed sitting outside in the covered patio. The buffet breakfast was 1/2 buffet and 1/2 served which was nice to have eggs made to order, fresh pastries and tea and coffee served.

We stayed at The One Boutique Hotel for 2 nights. Hotel location is excellent!!! Our room was clean and spacious. However, it was right above the cafe bar, and we could hear music coming from the bar until it closed (midnight?) . Advice: bring earplugs next time or shop around for a better value for the price.

Hotel was in a great area, with great staff and service. The room was well equipped, but could use some extra cleaning on the floors, otherwise in good condition with a comfortable bed. Overall great value considering the location.
