The room was great. It had the most beautiful view of the church steeples and you could see the bells swinging. Lotâs of great restaurants around and we could walk to many sites! Highly recommend!!
Fabulous area! Loved the amazing selection of bars & restaurants. Good walk to all the must see tourist spots.
FYI - There is no reception or place to store bags.
Great location just a short walk from Vatican City. The streets nearby are full of shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy local food and atmosphere. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. Perfect spot for exploring Rome!
Our room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony right in the heart of the old city. My only comment is that I thought this was a hotel, not a style of Airbnb. So if you are completely independent this is a great choice, if you are looking for a front desk that can provide services, maybe not for you.
Beautiful terrace and Great access, famouse dining
I discovered this place through a YouTube channel and instantly fell in love with the terrace. The building and furniture have an antique feel, but the room is extremely well-maintained and cleaner than I expected.
As someone whoâs very particular about cleanliness (almost obsessively), I can confidently say this place meets a high standard. I even brought insect spray and bed bug repellent just in case, which helped prevent ants from the terrace, though the place itself was impressively spotless.
Communication with the owner was smooth and reliable, always responding within 30 minutes. so I've experienced very warm, almost like staying at a kind relativeâs family home. One touching moment was when I couldnât pay the city tax in cash, and the owner came earlier than scheduled just so I could pay by card. That kind of kindness stayed with me.
Just a tip: towels arenât provided daily and thereâs a small charge for extras, so you might want to bring your own.
The in room coffee make was unable to be moved from the shelf in our room, as well as the couple next to us. So, donât count on the coffee. The hotel said someone would check in to empty trash between 11-2, but no one did this. The room is clean, and bed comfortable, so if you count on a shower and sleep, itâs fine. Do not pay for the patio as you are not able to open the door and walk out there. Itâs really for aesthetics. We would come back but it is no more than a 7.5-8.0 on the scale.
We loved our stay! The room was very comfortable and the balcony was the best part. The location was also very central and we had a bunch of little restaurants around that we stopped for drinks at. I would defiently stay here again.
The location is perfect! Bed was so comfortable and the room was so clean. I felt very safe and whatever I needed they got for me right away.
Would stay here again!
this hotel was so quaint The bed was extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there.
I rarely like the coffee in a hotel room but the expresso machine made a1 wonderful morning cup. Definitely enjoyed our stay
I absolutely loved this hotel! The host is so kind and helpful, the area is beautiful and convenient to so many things and the beds were extremely comfortable! I canât wait to return and book my next stay here!
I absolutely loved this place. It was small and charming, perfectly located, off the main streets so mostly quiet but you are in Rome..there will be noise and you will hear your neighbors. Vincenzo the owner was lovely and so kind. The room is perfect for 1-2 people. Iâve seen so many reviews talking about how small the bathroom is etcâŠthis place is very authentic Rome feeling. If you want a huge bathroom and giant balcony, towels and linens changed every day then go stay at a Marriott or other chain. This place was wonderful and perfect for my 3 day trip. They made my bed every day and refreshed my drinking glasses. There was a small fridge with a giant bottle of water on my arrival. The bed has usb plugs near the base which was really helpful. The bathroom is small but I enjoyed the change from the usual places I stay in the states when I travel (very little counter space heads up) The shower is tiny so donât expect to share it and I was worried I may flood the floor but I didnât :) ample towels are provided along with toilet paper. Great black out curtains if you do decide to sleep in but I encourage you to wake up EARLY and beat some crowds. The surrounding streets are magical first thing in the morning when they are empty. Also heads up the door locking was strange to me at first..you have to use the key which turns many times (no standard flip lock) but I got used to it in a day.
