Location location location, hotel is Roma center you can walk to main attractions, lots of restaurants and stores options close by. Good rooms, good AC and great breakfast!. Great staff, the Venezuelan girl at the front desk is awesome, very knowledgeable and willing to help. We had a great time!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this B&B! It’s centrally located and just a short walk to all the major attractions in Rome. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but had everything we needed—for both us and the kids. Highly recommended!

Location was incredible, The kitchen staff MERLI was AMAZING she spoke Spanish to me and my kids , Made us feel at home. I will definitely come back to this place if given the chance and opportunity. All the staff there was kind and attentive. Area is safe, walking distance from EVERYTHING.

We stayed at 4 different properties in 4 different Italian cities during our time in Rome, and this was by far our favorite. The location was great (a 15-20 min walk to the Colosseum), the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was comfortable. We stayed in room that got subdivided into 2 “rooms” (no door, but a walkway). It was perfect for our family. My husband and I had a double sized bed while the 3 kids each had a single. There was the ability to have one more single if needed. The bathroom was nice, the AC worked well, and the internet worked. Breakfast was very nice with coffee for adults and hot chocolate for kids, and an assortment of pastries, fruit, cold meats and cheeses. There *is* a tiny elevator, but the stairs were very reasonable and doable. Note that there were a few steps from the lobby to the elevator in case your mobility prohibits the use of any stairs. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend if to others.

Great stay at Vittoriano suites, the staff (Gabi) really made it special! Room has everything you need, fridge, AC, slippers, comfortable beds and it’s within walking distance of all major attractions. Breakfast is very simple with coffees made to order.

I stayed at Vittoriano Suite with my husband and teenage son in March of 2025. First, let me say that the location is perfect. Everything the tourist wants to do in Rome is within walking distance. Good things: the price, breakfast in the morning was good with made to order cappucino, lots of pastries and whole fruits as well as cereal (very Italian tho'- you're not going to find eggs or bacon). The property is very clean and housekeeping was done every day. Water pressure was great in the shower. Our room (looking out over a side street) was a little bit noisy but that's to be expected in the heart of a busy metropolis like Rome. The not-so-good: the door to the bathroom was warped such that it scraped the floor and the inside handle would then fall off every time you tried to close the door. The bad: accessibility is not good at this hotel. There are steps up at the only door into the building and an additional six steps up to reach the elevator. The elevator was fine when it worked but there are two to three other properties in the same building and if the interior and exterior doors to the elevator are not closed, the elevator was inoperable. It's also a very narrow elevator that a wheelchair will not fit in if this is an issue for you. The "front desk" area is sporadically staffed so don't expect anyone to be available to help with restaurant reservations or other recommendations. Overall: great location, missing some niceties.

Room was exactly as advertised, and it was a reasonably priced fit for five people (although there is only one bathroom). Staff were super friendly, multilingual and provided a nice breakfast coffee (even on holidays). Great location for walking to several Roman attractions - Coloseum, Piazza Navona and Trevi fountain. Walk to Vatican took 30 minutes. Would definitely rent again.

The hotel is not staffed with a front desk person all the time. They were available by phone when not there and were very helpful but it took a bit of getting used to. Overall a very good experience.
