This home is in a country setting with a very quiet neighborhood and awesome views of farming land located in Lancaster County, PA, USA.
It has a huge, fenced-in, private, backyard including a gazebo. It has a nice sun room with lots of windows.
Sleeps up to eleven people in four bedrooms.
It has a fully stocked kitchen with plates, silverware, cookware and many other things you might need to enjoy your stay. It also has a small variety of condiments including coffee.
This home is located within minutes of many popular tourist attractions, shopping and grocery stores.
Off street parking in the extra-large driveway (the garage is for owner use).

The house was beautiful and the host brought us whippy pies! It's a nice quiet neighborhood where lots of Amish horse and buggies are passing by regularly but it's a great place to stay not far from Lancaster outlets and downtown. We were in town for Christmas and my sister's wedding and it was so nice to have such a great place to stay through the craziness of the holiday and wedding planning. Thankful they had a small Christmas tree too!

Everything was perfection! Spotless, very comfortable with a sweet and warm welcome from our host Ms. Verna. The Berry House is exceedingly spacious. The photos do not do it justice:) We genuinely look forward to returning during the spring or summer as to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities and fullness of the area. I pray God continues to keep and bless the thoughtful and faithful family responsible for the Berry House

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. This is our second stay with you and it was another great time. Your home is so warm & welcoming. Our family enjoyed the home feeling and it was perfect for our cousins, Aunt get away. We were close to all the special memories we created, The American Music Theater, Bird in Hand, Stone Gable experience, many great restaurants but most of all family time. If you want a home feeling, close to all the experiences Lancaster has to offer this home is just what you are looking for. We look forward to coming back in the future for more memories. Third time staying there. Has a lot of room to do our crafts. Place is clean , quiet and great for our needs. Owner is great with answering questions quickly and they brought us whoopie pies for a delicious snack!

Pro:The house is absolutely spacious, clean, and the outdoor is beautifully landscaped. Double driveway a plus. Owner's wife came over with fresh Whoopi Pies.Con: No screens on windows for fresh, crisp air.Front storm door needs a holder to keep door open.Lack of extra toilet paper,and dishwasher liquid.Lack of compassion from the owner. Explained that my daughter was ill if it was possible to let her in @2pm No check in is @ 3pm. The 5 adults ladies ages 48- 66 dressed in Halloween customes went across the street. We were standing about 2 feet beyond the curb. As we begun to take a photo with the cornfield behind us, a horse and buggy stop. The man yelled at us to get off the property it is private. Not in a friendly tone. It happen to be the homeowner of our rented house.

Actually the home itself wasn’t bad. I don’t think it was as well equipped in the kitchen as it could have been. The outside was not good. Dirt and spiderwebs all over house. Grass needed mowing. In riding through countryside and neighborhoods I didn’t see other yards looking so unkempt. The flowers in yard were beautiful but bushes showed neglect. We visit the Lancaster area several times a year and have always been delighted with our rentals. Until now.

Check-in was simple and effective. The house was great, very clean, lots of room, great backyard, kitchen was well set up, and the location was both easy to find and centrally located for the activities we undertook when visiting. The host stopped by to check if everything was satisfactory, and her Whoppee pies were delicious. There was no problem with Wi-Fi, and sufficient games and toys to keep everyone busy during our downtime. This location made for an excellent stay for everyone from grandparents to young child.

Clean and well kept. Worked perfectly for us, several children and some grandchildren. Ephraim definitely gets 5 stars for allowing us to stay an extra day without an upcharge. He did this when he heard that we are actively involved in a Christian ministry that he also supports.

The check in/out process was easy, the house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and surreal. The amentities stated there was a DVD player but we could not locate it. We did not message our host as it was later when we discovered there was none there. Also there is a grill in the shed outdoors but it will cost an additional 50 to use (1 time or 50 times). The neighbor lady did bring us some whoopie pies which were AMAZING! We have no complaints and would stay here again!

Beautiful house Beautiful setting

The house was the perfect layout for our family. It's in a beautiful country setting but still close to area shops, restaurants and sight and sound. The house was clean and we weren't afraid to take our shoes off, unlike some places we've been.
