The house was absolutely perfect for us. Just a mile down the road from my sister. Beth was very accessable and reached out with her contact information a couple days before our arrival. When there was a miscommunication about the access code, she was quick to respond. The bathrooms had lots of extra towels, and were very thoughtfully supplied with essential items one might forget or find difficult to travel with.

Cozy Perfection

This home was the perfect size for our family of 4, with room to spare. The hostess was wonderful to work with. Location was excellent. I could go on and on with all the positive adjectives, just know you want to book this home. It felt like home away from home.

Wonderful Stay While In Town

What a lovely home! In town for the weekend to attend my son-in-law's 50th birthday celebration at the Epperson Lagoon. Beth is a wonderful host who left personal touches just for us - so welcoming! The beds were so comfy, no on wanted to get out of it! Beth's communication was the best, and I highly recommend her! Thank you Beth!

Before arriving to the place, received the kind message from the host saying that the place was cleaned, the move-in instructions, and a contact. The place was clean on arrival and plenty of snacks and the amenities were placed throughout the place. Thoroughly enjoyed our five days stay With no issues or worries. Plenty of sheets, bedding towels, etc. The place is about 30 minutes to downtown Tampa and about an hour or so from Orlando. Highly recommend to anyone in the San Antonio / Wesley Chapel area Without reservation!!!

Clean and Quiet

We chose this rental because it was close to a family member. The house was located on a quiet street with easy access to roadways. The house was neat and clean set up nicely. The host even left snacks:) and well stocked bathrooms. We would return to this rental.

Out of the snow

I had a great time. Played golf often and went for many walks in the area. I had friend and family visit off and on. It was a very good place for me to stay. I would do it again. The only thing that I would have changed was the tv. I couldn't get the main channels and wasn't able to see the ncaa tournament. Yes I would enjoy doing this again.

A Slice of Serenity

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the historic town of San Antonio. The home is quaint and offers all the amenities needed to be a home away from home. Beth welcomes you by offering goodies to hold you over until you get situated. We are in the process of relocating to Florida and had the opportunity to stay at this lovely home that provided an oasis from the chaos of moving. Beth’s hospitality was excellent and she reached out to personally welcome us. A totally wonderful experience.

Very comfortable home

The house was just what we needed. Very clean and nice amenities located in a safe cul de sac. The pictures make the home look a little bigger than it is in living areas but it easily accommodated 6 adults with no issue. I would highly recommend any guest to stay here
