The service is often not professional, though not rude, hotel generally not really cleaned and pretty outdated. But the worst part of the stay was the night between Tuesday to Wednesday during which the door could not open because of no battery. No one succeeded to fix it and I finally had to sleep in another room in front of my room (without any of my stuff, including professional computer). Most surprisingly, employees werenât looking surprise, and even more shockingly I had to pay for that night to! The least would have been to offer the stay !
So to summarise : avoid this hotel.
Needs a remodel or some work into the quality of the rooms. Bathroom door didn't close properly or lock. Air vent almost falling off. Dirty windows. Have to pay for parking which seems a bit ridiculous. Booked "City view" but got the back of the hotel viewing a mountain with graffiti all over the wall. Pillows were rock hard. I'm trying to think of one good thing but can't think of a single one
The room was nice, the food and drink service was good and I enjoyed the services. The elevators need some work. Only two were functional for three days of my stay and for a hotel with 14 floors that was not efficient or comfortable.
La habitaciĂłn amplia, unos detalles que habĂa en la alfombra junto al mueble: una almendra y una uña que tendrĂan ya buen tiempo ahi sin ser aspirado por quienes limpian.
