Everyone was above par on every level...minus the lady staffing the breakfast area. She was not rude by any means...but had no personality or friendly demeanor at all. The only verbal interaction I even tried was asking where a fork was. No response...just pointed with her finger. Everyone else I interacted with offered a smile, kind words, and seemed eager to help.
