✹ PARKING: Located from the alley, to the right of the front door, 2 tandem spots. There is also free street parking and additional parking behind the building.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home.

✹ PETS: As a reminder please do not allow any pets on the furniture and we do not allow any urine or feces inside the home as that will incur an additional cleaning fee on top of the pet fee.

Pet hair on beds or furniture will result in an additional $50 fee.

✹ No outdoor music after 10pm. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time is from 9pm-7am. Property has outdoor noise monitoring detection and you will be alerted if this goes off at any time. No speakers with bass allowed. Please respect our neighbors!

✹ Cameras: Located on the exterior of the home for your security. This is used to monitor when the house is vacant.

✹ Rental Agreement Required: All guests are required to review and sign the rental agreement prior to check-in. Please read the agreement carefully, as it contains important house rules, policies, and the security deposit amount and terms. By signing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the agreement.

✹ SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit held to cover any accidental damage or missing items during your stay. It will be returned after checkout if there are no damages or missing items.

✹ IMPORTANT NOTE: This unit is also located downstairs of a two story building. note that this unit is in a residential area. Although it's typically a quiet environment, it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors.
