Very nice stay, property very clean, well maintained, very good breakfast. I must mention we had to pay for parking, ( last time we didn't ), $35 per day. Also they don't clean your room unless you stay for more than 2 nights.

The parking is in the basement with no access to the lift . You need to use stairs to bring your luggage to the lobby while checking in and while checking out follow the same process. There is only one way to and from basement parking come up ,so we careful while driving down to parking or driving up to the road. They remove the breakfast by 9.30AM itself , though breakfast timings are 7AM -10AM , so if you are turning up for breakfast at 9.30AM , more likely you will not get breakfast. Don’t expect to get a room before 4PM ,as most of time hotel is full , so if you are planning to checking in before 4PM , be prepared to wait in the lobby , until any room gets available. Will never recommend it for elderly people with heavy luggage’s or people with kids

We enjoyed our stay at comfort Inn by the Bay. It is walkable to the fisherman's wharf area. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly. The best thing was Chico's pizza across the street.They have wonderful pizza. Highly recommend! Need to add refrigerator to the riom.

This Property is located blocks away from fisherman’s wharf and pier 39. A short walk away. We were able to keep our car( and valuables) in the hotel and get around town quickly using the number 28 bus, or just walking. Our room was very nice and spacious with amazing views of the bay. Alcatraz island could be spotted between other buildings. Beds were soft and comfortable. The Bathroom was small but the vanity was outside allowing us to get ready while someone else was showering. Breakfast was standard cook your own waffles, packaged oatmeal , breads/ bagels, and fruit. A decent mix of foods to choose from. Parking is below the hotel and locked up tight. I felt like my car was secure during our visit, worth the $. I would definitely choose this location again

Great location and you can see the Gold Gate Bridge from the room. Within walk range to the pier. We stayed around 7/4 holiday. The only draw back is the breakfast area is small and finding a seat during the last hour can be challenging.

When we arrived the parking was horrible. Car garage is tiny. The shower had no curtain. We stayed for 4 days and not once was the cleaning service offered. When we wanted more towels we had to request them from the front desk. Then when we departed there were two cars blocking a passageway. Then to leave as previosly mentioned it took.me 20 minutes to maneuver my way out of the parking lot almost hitting the wall and squeezing by another vehicle. Will never stay there again

Bathroom needs upgrade

Lovely hotel for a one nighter to get in a cruise. I liked the bed and bedding. Now the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom and no hand held shower. This made getting ready hot and awkward. Honestly everything else was really great though.
