The staff was great in this clean and newly remodeled hotel. Returning from a cruise, they let us keep our suitcases in a locked room while we walked the area. A shopping mall is about a 1.5 mile walk with some food and a few shops (it is mostly vacant). There were several places to eat and shop along the way. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to the airport the next morning. Rooms were comfortable and large enough for 4 adults. Shower had a full tub and included shampoo and body wash as well as a hair dryer. I used the keurig in our room and it was decent coffee. We did not get to use the free shuttle as we left too early (shuttle starts at 4am and takes about 30 mins to get to the airport). We also did not get to sample the breakfast as it opens at 630am. Would be happy to stay here again

The airport shuttle is convenient, but it doesn't run between 11am and 3pm. Lots of walkable shopping and nearby shops and restaurants.

Almost perfect but great value.

Great value, I’ll definitely stay here again. One negative is, being a Tesla/EV driver, the charging rate at the Tesla Destination Charger was $0.75/kWh. That’s ridiculous. I unplugged and waited to super charge at 1/3rd the price.

Another EXCELLENT stay!!! Very conveniently located… near SFO, eateries on San Marino Ave. 10 to 15 minutes from heart of San Francisco. Very clean site, room, bathroom….Very friendly staff. Very Professional. Hidden GEM!!!

A very convenient place to stay when coming through SFO. Easy access to city. Small but clean rooms. Breakfast was minimal and space way overcrowded for size of hotel. Multi room stays they only make up the room every other night. Cost was reasonable and included parking.
