Extremely disappointed in this stay. I cannot believe Hotels is giving "Excellent" rating to this hotel. No reception, no service. No cleaning service. Everything through codes. When I entered the room there was a use kleenex on the floor. And the smell was awful. The guardian banged at my door twice at 7am bc he heard there might be some water leaking coming from my room (there was not). Would not recommend at all.
This is a lovely spot located in Hayes Valley. We were comfortable and enjoyed the stay. I would come back again. The only real draw back for us was that because there is no front desk, we had no where to leave our bags between check out and our flight later that afternoon.
Checking in was an adventure. Waited for the email with âcheck in detailsâ to come but it never did before I arrived at the location. Called the office number and got voicemail several times in a row. Meanwhile Iâm standing on the street with all my luggage. 45 minutes later I try one last time and someone finally picks up the phone and says they need to call me back in 5 minutes. Fine. After finally getting check in figured out, the room was fine. A little tight but clean enough. Bed was very comfortable.
Then I got a call that they had charged my card several times. Then the shower leaked all over the bathroom floorâŠ
Overall, not the worst place Iâve ever stayed but still left a lot to be desired.
Clean, felt safe, had everything I needed! Not too noisy. Great experience especially for price. Was close to everything I needed and easy to walk to food nearby. Any time I needed to contact support, they answered right away and made sure I was settled before hanging up.
