I stayed at this hotel before an early flight out of SFO and had a great experience. The customer service at check-in was excellent—friendly and efficient. They also offered a convenient early shuttle to the airport, which made my travel day much easier. Would definitely stay here again before a flight.

I chose this property through Expedia because I was looking for a weekend of peace, relaxation, self-care, and a calm space to celebrate my birthday on May 3, 2025—and Sonesta Select delivered exactly that! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness. Gio, the front desk clerk, greeted me with exceptional hospitality, making check-in a breeze. The lobby, sitting area, and the front room leading to the outdoor patio were all airy, spotless, and beautifully designed. The hallways—both on the main floor and room floors—were clean, well-maintained, and carried a calming scent. My requests were handled promptly and with care. Each staff member I encountered, including Gio, Melan, and Keith, was warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable. One of the highlights of my stay was the serene nature trails on both sides of the marina—absolutely delightful for anyone seeking peace and a connection with nature. I highly recommend a stay at this property. Whether you're celebrating something special or simply in need of a peaceful escape, Sonesta Select is the perfect place.

Holiday near SFO

Upon checking in I was told the room type I reserved wasn’t available. After insisting I was helped by a different person. Only then was my room type found. I had paid extra for a water view. Overall the staff was very helpful. My husband arrived hungry after a long travel day. The person at the counter helped him get something to eat. Hotel good location plentiful ride share options Free airport shuttle. There is a wrecked boat right outside the hotel. Not sure why that can’t be removed in one of the richest areas of the country! I wish hotels that are trying to be eco friendly would have glasses for water and proper coffee cups i stead of plastic. Overall a nice stay

Property is clean and quiet. Easy check in and check out. They do offer breakfast but with $$. Shuttle to SF airport is also offered just make sure you let the front desk know what time you want to ride the shuttle. I didn’t notice any restaurants in the area, you might need to walk to the restaurants.
