The hotel had only 1 of 3 lifts working, as 2 were under "renovation" and the wait times were often very long, and the working lift was exhibiting very weird behaviour in direction, stopping and skipping floors randomly. The rooms and floors are a bit tired, but cleanliness was great and no issue. Staff were also helpful and friendly. Property needs some work

Elevators were broken all the time (5 consecutive days). The rooms are outdated. Service and Staff were outstanding; they would come and get my room done every day in the mornings

Gym was decent for a hotel gym, and the staff were accommodating. Only issue we had then, was the one working elevator, though we learned that the service elevators were also made accessible to guests. Had one minor incident with being told that I couldn’t stay in the vicinity of the lobby or parking area, in the early mornings while waiting for plans with friends.

Location was prime and the front desk staff were always very nice, friendly and accommodating. We got a voucher for comp breakfast one day from the front desk which was really nice of them. I like that check out is at 12pm. We got a nice room too. The elevators were a bit slow at times 2/3 working but it wasn’t a big deal as the hotel is only 8 floors and we were on 5th. I wish the bar had longer hours, it is open from 4pm to 10 pm. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our 3rd time here. Not as grand as it was 20 years ago but still very comfortable. Good location and very comfortable rooms.

Overall, it was an ok stay, but it needs some updating. The rooms & bathrooms are dated. One lift out of order all week and the other ones had a mind of their own (I got stuck once and it seems to open on floors you didn't choose). Breakfast is very expensive for what it is. Gym was good.
