Large glass dining room set seats 6 guests.

Even though we were only here for a day, we were so impressed with this home! It was very nice & clean, place is well taken care of. Everything is close by, airport was not even 10 minutes away we loved it and will definitely stay here again when we come back. We highly recommend this home!!!

We stayed here for a quick overnight before flying out. The house was as described. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, and my son and I enjoyed a late evening walk to find some food at a nearby bar. The price was right, and it easily accommodated our family of four. Better than being crammed in a hotel room.

Very clean, all in good repair. The big bed was very comfortable! The bunk bed a bit squeaky, but safe and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet, lots of coquĂ­ at night and roosters in the morning.

Kitchen was fully functional with lots of utensils. AC was working properly. Property manager/owner was very accomodating. House was very beautiful and quite. That is what we needed for last couple of days in Puerto Rico. close to the airport. I loved that they left sunburn lotion in bathroom.I definitely recommend this house.

Our stay at Iris's place was truly delightful. Iris has put a lot of thought into creating a warm and welcoming environment, from the tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. The convenient location near San Juan, Carolina, and Canóvanas allowed us to easily explore our favorite spots in the metro area. Iris provided clear check-in instructions and was very responsive when we had a question about the master bedroom's ceiling light. One thing to keep in mind is that the shower handle turns clockwise for hot water, which we discovered on our last day – so no need to worry about having a warm, comfortable shower. Overall, we are grateful to Iris for being a wonderful host and for providing a lovely space for our stay.
