Pros: -located next to the airport -nice pools, pool bar, and the hotel is on the beach -has multiple restaurants inside -has a casino inside -the beach and city views are great -rooms are ok. Just what you would expect at a standard Courtyard. Cons: -the property is generally understaffed and service is slow. -checkin took over 90 minutes. Our room was not ready at checkin time. -service at the restaurants was very slow, it took over an hour to get our food. -there was construction in the room above us with drilling and hammering both days. For this price, there’s better options around.

The service staff are wonderful however management needs a lesson on customer service and should learn how to treat their guests from the servers and housekeeping staff They lied to us on different things and did not take responsibility for their mistakes. But on the contrary tried to blame it on us. Checking was late by an hour when we had called ah ad of time and ask that the rooms were ready as my wife had broken her foot and needed to be in room. We had ask for a late check out on our previous stay three days before and said absolutely not yet they can be late by more than an hour with no consequences. Managers were totally unresponsive. For the new years dinner party ( that was not cheap) we were told by a manager we were going to be placed in a table close to the dance floor. And when we got there the table was outdoors away from the whole party. The attitude of the manager that we had spoken too; and told us with detail the location of the table was at best dismissive and and worse very insulting. They need to be replaced or reprimanded in a way that they feel it and learn how to treat their guests.

You know more than 500 yards away from the tarmac where 747s takeoff every 30 minutes if this would keep you from sleeping in a hotel room trust me you don’t want to rent any rooms in this hotel. It’s a very nice hotel and the staff was very nice as well. Wouldn’t put anything against them. It’s the location, location location.

your staff needs better coordination and training if you are to consider yourselves a 4-star facility. My coffee order was wrong half of the time, i only received housekeeping once during my entire stay, i didnt receive the room service menu until the second to last day of my trip; and the food quality can do better. also the cafe staff, with the exception of a few, can pick up the pace.... taking one order stepping away to fulfill that order and then coming back to the line is not efficient.... at all.

The staff were not providing a welcome feeling. We asked for helping to get our friends room in the same floor, but they denied it. One of my friend was not given two queen bed and was given only a king room with sofa. Another friend of mine was provided a room without safe locker, no wardrobe shelf and a mirror. When asked, they said there is a mirror in the verandah. Every day when we asked for couple of bottles of water, there was hesitation to give the water bottle. Overall a bad experience during a vacation time.

Positives: The hotel was good. There were some renovations happening (dec 2026) but it did not affect us. The Room was very clean and the hotel has all the amenities- it has a cafe, restaurant, bars, casino, access to beach, great pool Area. We went with 2 other families with kids ranging from 6 years to 11 years and they had an awesome time: Negatives: Staff were not as friendly and hospitable as i expected. I had a few unpleasant experiences with the staff at the cafe and the front desk which felt like it was a lack of proper training more than anything else. Food and drinks: We ate and drank quite a bit at the cafe and the restaurant. It was good, not great.

We had an amazing time here, hotel was great, rooms were lovely, it is right on the beach which is amazing, pool was cool and fun with jacuzzi and hot tub. And best of all the hotels whole atmosphere, including other guest and especially the staff was so friendly.
