Within 2 hours of being there, we left!!! It was really dirty in the halls and in the rooms. Went to go shower, mold in shower and the water went from cold to hot. Tried to adjust for over 10 minutes. Then kids wanted to swim right when we got there. Pool was dirty, wasps flying around, water was cloudy, and patio furniture was broken. Riding up the elevator and it was rough and made a lot of noises. The inspection sheet by the state that was on the elevator was expired on Aug 1st 2023. Almost two years out of date. Ice maker was also broken. Do Not Waste Your Money!!!

They are in the process of remodeling. We were in a remodeled room which was very nice. The breakfast room was very clean and everything was very fresh, looking and nicely organized with a fairly good selection. The staff was very pleasant.

Looked like a bad college dorm room. One lamp. Likely not vacuumed, as the corners of the bathroom had accumulation of dirt and paint chips. In fairness, bedsheets were clean. Thick smell of too much carpet cleaner/deodorant that sticks in your nose for a while. Hallway carpets are dirty at points of more traffic. Is close to Sanford airport. Next time I’ll stay further out and leave a little earlier to get at least a decent hotel. Was happy to leave. Won’t stay again.

Hotel was comfortable, room was remodeled, clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the hotel is under full remodel and the pool is in the parking lot and needed cleaning.

Okay if you have to catch an early flight

We were just here overnight to catch an early morning flight out of Sanford. It was very convenient for this purpose. The front desk staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. They were all wonderful. The room was nice and clean. It had obviously been renovated recently. The remainder of the hotel made me question our decision to stay there. Carpets were disgusting. The elevator made odd noises that were concerning. The tub/shower needs some repairs, and the toilet ran off and on all night.

The roaches checked in, so we checked out.

Gary was a wonderful host and the hotel was clean in the lobby. The room was in of repair. At 2:00 a.m. I got up to go to the bathroom and turned on the light to see several cockroaches climbing on the tub and floor. Needless to say, I screamed and it woke up my daughter. We ended up staying up the rest of the night. Not good.

Air conditioning was a little rough. It was either freezing in room or hot and very loud! My next comment is regarding the allowance of dogs at hotel. I had to listen to the room right next to mine,who had obviously left their dog in room by itself for 8 consecutive hours,bark pretty much the whole time. I was finally allowed to get a new room by 10pm and having to leave for airport by 4. There should be some rule where you can’t leave pet for more than a couple hours at a time.

I think the motel was remodeling. At least, I hope they were. The room was sorta clean, considering what the maids had to work with. There were no bedside lamps. Heck, there was one lamp in the whole room and it was on the desk. The fixtures in the bathroom were broken. The slide curtain was filthy, as was the window. The air-condition sounded like an airplane taking off every time it came on. All. Night. Long. Terrible experience! Don't go there!!
