The kitchen is right next to the living and dining rooms and there is a half bathroom in that area.
The infinity pool which is of exclusive use of this house's guests, is in front of the open terrace, that has a complete view of Playas del Coco.
The BBQ area (gas and charcoal) is next to the pool. There are 4 lounge chairs near the pool and also outdoor furniture with seating for 8 people.
The master bedroom and the second bedroom have its own terrace, seating for 2 people and independent access. Each of the bedrooms has a full bathroom, closet with hangers and its own air conditioning and remote.
Guests will have access to the entire house, excluding the garage. Even though guests will not have access to the garage, there is room for 3 cars inside the property, so if you are driving, parking will not be an issue.
The kitchen is very well equipped (large refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, blender, rice cooker, toaster, small oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and with dishes, pans, etc.) with all utensils for any guest who is planning to cook during their stay. Basic cooking oil, salt and pepper are also available.
The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer and are of exclusive use of house guests. Fiber Optic Internet access, WiFi and Cable TV are included in the rental.
There is also a safe to keep your valuables.
We provide towels, beach towels, beach chairs and clean sheets.
The infinity pool is of exclusive use of this house guests (no-one else will use the pool during your stay).

The house is located inside a safe gated community called Isabella. It is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The property is very private, duly fenced and has an electric gate that you may operate with a remote control.
If you are arriving by airplane and land at Liberia International Airport, it is a 20 minute drive to the house. A shuttle may drive you to the house at Playas del Coco, for about $40.
The public bus stop to go to Liberia (closest biggest city) or San José (capital city of Costa Rica) is located 5 minutes away from the main entrance to Isabella.
The house is located on the top of a mountain and it is a short walk from the beach (about 600 meters). Walking uphill may be hard for some people. If you are not driving a car and you don't want to walk uphill, a taxi could take you uphill for about $2.
The house has 2 beautiful bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. The second bedroom has access to the house through a breezeway on the back of the house, it does not have a connecting door to the Master Bedroom.
