The Space:
This beautiful villa can comfortably accommodate six guests across its three bedrooms and stunning open floor plan, along with a partially-shaded deck featuring a private infinity-edge plunge pool.
This hilltop villa boasts a sleek, modern design with high ceilings, minimalist decor, and crisp white walls. The open-concept living area features a well-lit living room, kitchen, and dining room, as well as a sliding door that opens onto a deck with endless views of an undeveloped nature reserve teeming with wildlife.
The living and dining room features a comfortable grey sectional sofa and a handmade wood dining table that can seat six people. Both the couch and the table offer perfect views of the brand-new 70-inch flat-screen TV in the living room and lush jungle views just beyond the deck.
The kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, oven and stovetop, and microwave. The kitchen has a clean, minimalist design, with white stone countertops, white cabinets and drawers, a white tile backsplash, an oversized kitchen island, and stylish rattan light fixtures. Two red barstools at the edge of the island add a vibrant âpopâ of color to the space.
The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a spacious closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower with a rainfall showerhead. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, a sliding glass door that opens onto the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third room offers a king-sized bed and several large picture windows that provide stunning views of the lush landscaping near the propertyâs entrance.
Villa Emsita Hermosa boasts a partially shaded deck, ideal for spending a day of fun in the sun or for lounging around. The shaded patio features an outdoor furniture set consisting of a plush couch, two chairs, a coffee table, and an ottoman, as well as a stainless steel barbecue grill and a mini fridge. The shaded patio is decorated with a custom hand-painted mural and stylish rattan light fixtures.
The deck features a crystal-clear private plunge pool with three underwater seats and an infinity edge that overlooks a lush nature reserve, surrounded by a couple of lounge chairs. The deck also features an outdoor dining table with six chairs.
This villa offers a brand-new washer and dryer, a paved driveway with two parking spots, high-speed internet access, and air conditioning. The property also welcomes small pets for an additional fee.
Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Playa Hermosa
Just north of Playas del Coco, Playa Hermosa is a smaller, more relaxed version of a beachfront paradise, with spectacular ocean views, luxurious mountainside villas, a handful of gourmet restaurants and even a movie theater.
Itâs a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Coco, yet itâs close to all of Cocoâs conveniences and thriving nightlife. The nicer hotels in Hermosa include the beachfront Bosque del Mar (with trees growing through the decks) and Villa del Sueño (with live music and an incredible chef).
A couple of restaurants not to miss are Ginger (Asian-inspired tapas in a treehouse) and the beachfront Aqua Sport (with signs like âIf you drink to forget, pay firstâ).
To the north of Hermosa there are a string of luxe resorts lining the gorgeous BahĂa Culebra, including Occidental Papagayo, El Mangroove, Casa Conde and Secrets. And itâs not far from here to the Beverly Hills of Costa Rica, Papagayo Peninsula, home to the Four Seasons, a world-class marina and a golf course designed by Arnold Palmer.
