Upon arrival my room was on the 2nd floor at a pool children's convention that we so very noisy said that there was no more double beds available. I said that I wouldn't be able to sleep for 3nigts with the noise . I was moved to the 8 floor my view was the rooftop of air conditioning vents so I think my room was blocked out with the worst room

The hotel is a little outdated but great. The rooms have been updated and are good. The staff is excellent. It’s a great location and within walking distance to everything

Not bad but not the newest hotel
We had a river view room which had a great view of the river. The room wasn’t bad but was definitely in need of some repairs. One of the light fixtures on the wall were loose. The room definitely was read for paint touchups too. The scariest part of all was the door to the balcony. We had a toddler and the door to the balcony had a broken latch. It had been pretty clearly been dismantled at some point. It had a secondary bar that held the door closed but that bar was loose and bent and the safety pin for the bar was missing. As is typical with most hotels, breakfast was extremely overpriced also. $40 for self parking after paying $300 for a room seemed a bit excessive too. I won’t say I wouldn’t go back but I’d definitely try a different hotel next time.

$40 parking fee is ridiculous. Hotel is nice, good area. Went to front desk for pillows, they said they’d bring them to us. Had to call front desk 4 more times over the next 1 hr 45 min to get 2 extra pillows brought to the room, plan ahead!
