Our second stay here - love this place. Beautiful setting and grounds, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Food is great in the restaurant as well (although a touch pricey.) Highly recommend!

As a travelling executive, who spends most of the time in hotels, you expect cleanliness, top tier service and ease of check in/out procedures. I was takin back with the added inconvenience when asked to fill out additional paperwork for a co-worker upon arrival when checking in. Additionally, reminded multiple times verbally and various signage, requiring you to leave a parking pass on your vehicle or you will be charged. Off-putting experience especially in such a quiet, relaxing space on the island. When bringing this to the front desk staff, an abrupt and direct response was given. Restaurant staff and cleaners were phenomenal, continuously greeted and attentive. Would give 5 stars to cleaners and restaurant employees. 3/5 for front desk and policies.

This is a beautiful hotel set in a stunning location. I had the balcony suite and had the pleasure of watching about 5 seals playing around the dock while enjoying my breakfast in the sun. The room was well equipped with a fridge, sink, microwave and full dishware.The bed was comfy, room was large, views spectacular. Only downsides were that the kitchen closes at 9pm. So if you're looking for a late night snack better bring your own. Also, the TVs are old so you can't stream. There aren't any tv apps so your stuck with only a handful of regular tv channels. A little boring if you want to relax with some good tv. Otherwise, staff was amazing, stay was relaxing. Definitely a must hotel
