Villa le croci is a wonderful place in the hills outside Scandicci. It is accessible to the Tuscan hill towns and Florence. We took the tram into Florence several days and returned home to cool off in the beautiful pool. Christine was a charming and kind host, welcoming us with a delicious dinner on our first night, and providing fabulous recommendations on restaurants and excursions. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and well stocked. This is the place you want to stay to experience Florence and the countryside. Wonderful!
