The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and neat - recent renovations. Occasionally, we heard sirens from emergency vehicles during the night. However, we were in downtown, and we expected a little noise.

Nice hotel for the price, breakfast, not so much.

The room was great, comfy bed. We asked for a room on the back side of the building so we wouldn't be facing the outside traffic and it was super quiet and we slept well. The complimentary breakfast situation was terrible tho. It was packed with people and a very long line just to get to the counters with food. And everything is served on disposable plates and plastic wear so everything gets dumped into the trash. We ended up just getting brunch at another property.
