BEDS ARE COMFY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BACK ISSUE!!

My apologies, we had asked if we could cancel shortage night. I had back surgery and needed a firmer bed. One without that pillow softness topper! I called Front Desk to see if they could accommodate an another room with a firmer bed; however Front Desk mentioned every bed are the same. Otherwise I would love to have stayed longer. Staff was really nice!

We were NOT told: to use a room card for the elevators.Got stuck inside one, went to take the stairs ( once let out) got locked out in 100 degree stairwell to apartments attached to this property that were absolutely scary. Hallway was still 100 degrees, women screaming at the top of her lungs in a room. I was terrified the entire time. My Husband was in a panic hearing me crying stuck in this nightmare on the phone (we got separated). This was all avoidable. What hotel does not tell customers NOT to take the stairs, you won’t get back in. Plus, zero airflow in that hot stairwell. ?! Ruined our entire experience. I will say the girls at the desk the next morning were very kind but we just wanted to be on our way. When you check in costumers, be very specific on directions. I was put in a very bad, avoidable situation just trying to find my room. Never again.

Parking is $15 per night which is a bit high considering the nightly rate along with the lack of parking spots if any after a certain time but the overall stay was great, staff was great ! I would stay again !
