Basics provided - would stay again at this price

I think this place is pretty new so everything is in great condition. It's very basic, which is reflected in the low price. Units have microwaves, refrigerators and dishwashers but no coffee pot. There is a coffee/latte maker in the small lobby that is open early so that's helpful unless you have a number of people waiting to use it. No breakfast provided, and I'm not sure if there are restaurants in the area that are open then. Bathroom contained a shampoo and bar of soap, but no conditioner or lotion. But the price was great and I had no problems figuring out the self check-in. Wasn't sure how to check out, however. No key drop that I could find and no one covering the front desk.

New, very new and therefore very clean. One bad thing is the synthetic bed sheets vs cotton ... cotton does not generate static electricity so that's something that personally is a big problem. Cotton maybe a little more expensive but it's much better in my opinion!

After bouncing around Seattle looking for an affordable and descent place finally found this hotel. Extremely clean as it just opened. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, groceries and shopping center. Plenty of parking space. Excellent customer service and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. It is new and there are little things that were immediately taken care of by maintenance. Would recommend 100%

Did not use them, but the biggest problem was that the room for two people had only one bar of soap, two towels and no hair dryer. I chose not to wash my hair that morning for that reason. This hotel has only been open for two week and i still getting our the kinks.

Great place, the desk could have been a bit more attentive, but provided good service overall. There was still a bit of construction at the Hotel as they are finishing everything so there was a bit of noise etc. Overall, very nice place and close to many restaurants.

The property location is good with easy access to the freeway, shops and restaurants. The hotel has been operating for two weeks, so there will be some growing pains. Upon arrival there were two police vehicles speaking with a female in the parking lot. I don’t know what that was about. The doors to the property is not automatic so you have to open it yourself. There’s no handicap button to activate the doors, so getting into the property with your luggage may be cumbersome. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Overall a nice overnight stay.
