Cozy up on a wide sofa after dinner and catch a movie on TV. Home has 3 bedrooms with a 4th queen air mattress in a shared space. We have a private parking spot available.

Note: There is ongoing construction and street demolition happening next door to the property.

Our home is literally in the heart of it all — we're close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and most of all to almost all local attractions. The modern residential street offers a peaceful serenity while also being very close to downtown . This beautifully furnished property has stunning details and is ready for you!

The space
This newly constructed townhouse is in the First Hill neighborhood, near Downtown Seattle and tons of great places to eat. It's 5 minutes to Capitol Hill, Seattle University, and Chinatown, and a little farther to Pike Place Market. The home is 3 levels, with the kitchen and dinning being on the main floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms being on the second and third floors. The roof top patio is on the 4th floor of the home.

We had a great stay at this place in Seattle and would absolutely recommend it. The location was one of the biggest highlights, it was very easy to get to and conveniently close to public transportation, which made getting around the city simple and stress-free.The host was also excellent to work with; responsive, accommodating, and made the entire process smooth from booking through checkout.The space itself was well set up, especially the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. It made it easy to prepare meals and feel at home during our stay.Overall, a very comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again!

The space is nice. The rep did answer quickly and ordered Amazon delivery for the toaster, light bulbs. Good hot showers upstairs. Gas stove. Deck up top. The heat pump is great
 just in winter takes time to heat the 3 floors. I’m hoping that some things got fixed. The middle bedroom has a blue blinking construction security light all night, easily fixed with black out curtains. Didn’t get hot water to the kitchen, might have not waited long enough. The security pad, on the door frame fell off every time we used it. The CO monitor malfunctioned and beeped every 2 min til we cut the fuse to the living room. Strangely, we were told there was no maintenance over the holiday, but I think the following evening someone did come out to fix it, they do have a replacement CO monitor. The garbage disposal never worked from our arrival. We reported it promptly, and I was charged for breaking it ( get the insurance).

Loved the place and having levels to separate beds and baths. I'd say an ideal rental home. If I were to complain the parking space is so tight and the trash cans are right next to the car. If it were a busy time it could be a damage problem but I didn't have any problems.

We had an amazing stay at this house over the weekend with friends. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy ourselves. Check in went smoothly and the kitchen was good. WiFi access was good as well. It is in a great location. The biggest issue is the blue strobe lights coming from the construction site right next to the unit. They flash in the house at night through the curtains which are thin and in the hallways where there are no curtains. Make sure you understand there are no air conditioners on the second floor.

The house was nice, and clean. On the 2nd day there were tiny ants in both bathrooms. Reached out to the host and he said there were ant traps under the sink if I can just adjust them, but there wasn’t any under the sink or anywhere else, so I let him know that. He apologized for inconvenience but still nothing was done, no one came to leave any spray, so we were killings tiny ants for the next 2 days with paper towels . He asked me to upload pictures so he could show cleaning crew for the next time they were out, so I will. Also would recommend some blinds throughout the house. There were construction workers there bright and early 7am next door everyday and with no blinds they can see right in the house. Also people walking by constantly, they also can view right inside since no blinds. It was nice they had a parking space, but you need to have a tiny car to fit good to get in and out. The parking is right next to the trash cans so not much room to get out of the car. I did forget a new baseball cap there, so I have reached out to see if they can mail it to me, and I will pay shipping, Host said I have to wait to see if cleaning crew can find it. So will keep posted on that. Location was convenient to everything we visited in Seattle.

We enjoyed our stay. The host provided us with a starter supply of things, which was very convenient. He was prompt in answering my questions. The townhouse is well-maintained and located in a quiet neighborhood. Although the designated parking spot was all we needed, there were enough parking passes to accommodate multiple vehicles on the side street.

Easy check in process and easy to drive to downtown area and the market. Was quiet around the area and everything was clean upon arrival. Host very responsive and gave clear instructions on the check in process that made it easy even when arriving late at night after a delayed flight.

Concert Weekend!

We stayed in this property for 4 nights for a concert weekend and had an awesome time. For three adults this space was perfect. Its a reasonable walk to the stadium, very clean and comfortable, and having a space to park was relieving in the city. End of the day, I'd definitely reserve this space again.
