"On arrival the staff were very friendly. The unit that we stayed in was clean and had a lovely parklike outlook. As the weather was cooling off, another blanket on the bed would have been useful. Heating in the room was good."

"Great property for a stay in Rotorua. Very clean & the hot tub was an added bonus. Staff very accommodating. Currently, no restaurant on site. Limited dining options in area, but close to grocery store & fast-food. About 40 minute walk to downtown. Parking spaces very small. However, I would recommend & consider staying again."

"Room was huge with 2 queen beds & plenty of room to move around! Beds were very comfortably & water pressure in shower was perfect. Quick 5 min drive to centre of town or a 20-25 min walk. Service of staff was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved this hotel, I made a mistake and only booked one night but they managed to get us a second night so we didn’t have to change rooms! It’s a great location, we walked over to the geo thermal springs and then up and down Main Street. Restaurants were great. The buffet at the hotel is also good, loved the fresh fruit and baked goods! My granddaughter loved the trampoline! Nice big rooms and surprisingly quiet."
