We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless and all the staff were so kind. The breakfast was delicious and items were refilled constantly.

Breakfast was very good,room was nice and clean but we spent two days out of 7 with room keys that didn’t work.On day one it was eventually resolved but on day seven the keys wouldn’t work again and the problem wasn’t resolved so we ended up checking out a day early because we were pretty much held hostage in our room because the key issue couldn’t be resolved and we couldn’t leave our room because we had no way of getting back in.Unfortunately no alternative room was offered and girl at the front desk was held holding the bag as the day girl had left without fixing the problem.Need better follow through and training on customer service.

We had a nice king size bed room. While not fancy, it was large, clean, and the bed was comfortable. That's why it got two stars. However, we got little, if any, sleep due to its proximity to the Mass. Pike with trucks roaring by all night long and no noise cancelling window treatments. We finally gave up and left as soon as it got light enough to safely drive. Needless to say, we were exhausted.

The room was clean and bed was comfy. Shower had good water pressure and could get hot unlike other hotel experiences being lukewarm. Staff was friendly late at night during check in as well as at early check out.

Clean room, friendly staff, Bfast was good. Only negative was floors really needed cleaning. Other than that it was perfect for our overnight stay.
