- No Pets Allowed (Minimum of $500 fee if not followed)

- No Trailers, Golf Carts or RV's Allowed in the parking lot. Motorcycles are allowed in the lot but may NOT park under the building

- Parking is limited at all oceanfront properties. We can only provide the number of parking tags allowed by the HomeOwners Association and property manager. None of these properties provide more than TWO parking tags. No additional parking tags are available. Parking Pass must be displayed at all times (vehicle subject to towing without pass)

- The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.



**Please note this unit is on the second floor and has no elevator on the property** Very easy walk up to 2nd floor!!







Surfside Beach is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer. There are over 100 golf courses nearby. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a few blocks north from Lighthouse II. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. Just a short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. About 15 minutes south is the Murrell's Inlet restaurant row, said to be "the seafood capital of South Carolina". For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south on Business 17.

The unit we rented was in Surfside. It was very clean and well kept. The rental company was friendly and easy to get in touch with. The location was awesome! Right on the beach. We would stay there again.

WOW! JUST WOW!

Where to start, we were notified 2+ hours before our check-in time that the condo was ready so we were able to get in there sooner. The condo was super clean, very close to everything we wanted to do, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely reach out to stay here again.

Exceeded expectations.

We are looking forward to returning to this charming beach condo. Immaculate and well kept, with fantastic views of the ocean and beach. The kitchen was well supplied with all you need to make your meals at home. The check in and out process was easy and when we had a technical issue with a tv (my bad) someone was there within 30 minutes. The best part was waking up every morning to the most beautiful sunrises from my bed!

LOCATION is Sweet!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It’s nested amongst other 6 plexes, no high rises nearby. We loved the Lighthouse II. The condo was immaculate and the beach decor fabulous. The balcony made the A list! Only thing to downgrade on is the bed in the main bedroom. I woke up every morning w a backache; it was way too hard. Otherwise we had a splendid time!

Heavenly Ocean

This unit is in a great location. It is very clean, well equipped, & comfortable. Unfortunately there was a ceiling leak in the main master bathroom. The day we arrived the property manager (iTrip) was closed so we left a message about the leak. The next day they sent their handyman over and it did take them a full day in order to get the leak stopped. There were a few days of disruption due to them cutting a hole in the ceiling and leaving it to dry out and coming back a couple of days later to repair it. This affected our enjoyment and relaxation but ITrip did their best to resolve this for us. We love Surfside Beach and will be back!
