I booked this for my son who traveled to meet friends. Arriving earlier than the group, he spent time at your hotel relaxing before sight seeing around Sydney. He said it was amazing so thank you and sent more pictures of the hotel than the city!

The room was great but the staff was exceptional especially Satoshi in the front check in area. He went out of his way to help us, with weighing out luggage to getting a tape measure from the maintenance so we could measure our luggage to coming to our room because we were having trouble with the A/C. I can’t express enough how helpful he was in making our stay great. He is definitely a great asset to The Crown Plaza Hotel.

Clean tidy comfortable room, staff were friendly, the breakfast was extensive with lots of healthy options. The self serve pancakes were delicious. Short 3 min walk to the train station, and lots of restaurants within a 5 min walk

Last visit was MUCH better. Service not good, unclean bathrooms in public areas, room not cleaned,, other let downs. Chef very good in breakfast. Some staff not as well trained as others and need supervision to ensure consistent good service. Better service seems to focused on their busier times from Thursday, Saturday etc.
