The breakfast menu is fresh. The staff was very polite. The building needed a little bit of attention. The gardens needed waiting. There was a caution tape around the front of the building looked kind of sketchy and old like it needs to be taken down in the swimming pool, there was a little bit of algae growing on the windows which I reported to the front desk. It just didn’t look good, but the swimming pool was nice. The hot tub was hot.

Amenities, I booked the hotel for the pool and spa and both were too cold to enjoy. We still got in but it was anything but relaxing. :( Bed was so comfortable, and breakfast was good.

The first room had lamps without working bulbs, and non-working phones. Also, the room had a stale smell. The second room also had a stale smell, and the hot tub in the room was not working. The ice machine on every floor was out of order, except for the one on the 1st floor. I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay there. They had the worst free breakfast set up.

The room was pretty sad, everything was so outdated for the price that was charged. Especially the area we were in. Pretty sketchy characters in the evening. The guy at the desk was not very helpful or knowledgable. The only good thing was the breakfast, it was good, & clean.

The Manager "mellisa?, melanie?" That works the 3 to 11 shift has become a friend over the course of my half dozen or so stays for work. I GIVE HER 10 STARS FOR ALL CATEGORIES OF EVALUATION. She's Especially, wonderfully personable and holds customer service and satisfaction at the top of her priorities. HOWEVER, I recently found that they are phasing out their breakfast selections during the week. And SO, despite its prime location for work and traveling amenities when I do stay in federl way 8 or so times a year, I will likely start looking for another location that serves breakfast more suitable to my dietary needs and preference as it is literallythe most importantpart of my day as a construction and maintenance contractor.
