Safe neighborhood. People waved hi when driving into the neighborhood. It was quiet. Close to everything. I loved the listing.

Great location

We were happy with our stay. The room is a decent size and has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. It is a single room with a small bathroom. You have to enter through the wooden fence on the right side of the house, not the front. The main house is also a rental, and we could hear them through the walls. The bathroom fan does not work and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. There are no platic cups just dusty glassware that we didnt use. Bed is comfortable. The location is great, it is a short walk to Target, Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, Denny's, Best Buy, cigar city brewery, etc. It is a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. We would stay here again.

Cozy and quiet!

Nice little cozy room, perfect for when visiting relatives and need a place to have some quiet and sleep after all the noisy family time. Close to everything. Clean, comfortable, and easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.

Cheer Competition Weekend

This was an excellent choice for my daughter & me during a busy cheer weekend. We were close to convention center without being right downtown. The driveway is a little narrow but wouldn't prevent us from coming back in future years.

Nice although a little worn

The property was small but functional. It appears to be mostly clean. It was a little worn but was good for our weekend stay. The whole place could use a little tlc. Overall was a very good choice for our stay.

Nice little place, exactly what we were looking for. Driveway is super narrow and a bit hard to navigate around other cars parks, but other than that nice place.

Comfortable and cute

This room perfectly suited our needs (teenage daughter and myself), while my daughter was participating in a nearby dance competition. We loved the location, close to many options of dining and shopping. The bed was comfortable and room well stocked with nice amenities (plenty of towels, small fridge, Roku TV, etc). Communication with host and check in process was easy, and we would enjoy staying here again!

Nice for a quick stay!

The location is great! Right down from Cigar City Brewery. The unit was like an average hotel room. It was missing a few items like coffee cups. I hope they do a bit of maintenance to keep it up as I would love to stay there again.
