Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom home, complete with an automated, private heated pool set for 83° and 6-person spa set for 100° with no extra fees. The pool is newly remodeled and includes a hand laid glow in the dark rubber surface. Cool to walk on and reduces bumps and scrapes. We also have a 43" Smart TV poolside for your enjoyment. Located in a prime area, you’ll find yourself just 19 miles from Busch Gardens, 46 miles from Clearwater Beach, 23 miles from downtown Tampa, and 69 miles from Disney. The home features three beautifully themed bedrooms and is well-equipped for families, business travelers, and adventurers alike. We prefer to greet our guests upon arrival to introduce them to our home and provide instructions on pool and spa operation and smart devices. However, we also do offer contactless check-in as well.

• A private heated pool and spa with automated controls for your convenience.
• A fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware for 12, a Keurig machine and a regular coffee maker as well (free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate), and a water purifier for clean drinking water and ice.
• Free Wi-Fi with lightning-fast speeds of up to 500 Mbps for work or leisure.
• A private office, formal living and dining areas, a cozy family room with a 55" 3D 4K TV, surround sound stereo, electric theater seating for 6, and laundry facilities (with detergent and softener provided).
