Deceptive pricing, had an additional charge for amenities nightly that was not disclosed until standing at the front desk. Felt like we were nickel and dimed for everything. Have to ask for ice bucket and ice, it is not provided. Music is courtyard was often too loud. Staff was not welcoming, however the room was comfortable

four season prices for a remodeled motel

The hotel is nicely remodeled. The bed is uncomfortable and the AC is really loud, possibly its a remnant from the old hotel. The property is nice and the design is nice. However....the cost is incredible for being a motel. The price on Hotels is nothing compared to the added fees you'll spend per night. Somehow this hotel room was $700 per night with added fees.....ruined our trip when we were surprised by the added fees.

Okay stay

Our stay at the hotel was OK but I don’t think I would stay there again. We had originally booked an AirBnB that turned out to have a bug infestation so we had to find a place to stay in a pinch. What worked: the mattress was comfortable, and the room was updated and clean. What could use improvement: having been recently renovated, the room smelled very strongly of construction fumes which gave us both bath headaches and forced us to keep the windows open at all times for ventilation. The shower head was a nightmare for rinsing out shampoo and washing up due to poor flow. In addition, there was no wall/shower curtain so the floor and bath mat were soaking wet after we showered. Hopefully, in time, these issues will be ironed out so other guests don’t have the same experience we did.

This hotel s beautiful. The pool and hot tub were clean, temperature was perfect and the grounds were inviting. The location is perfect at the center of town.The staff was accommodating and we are looking forward to returning to this property!

The hotel, the environs and the room were great. Outsid there are fireplaces to use and hammocks to enjoy the beautiful area at night if you're interested.

Beautiful suite, beautiful grounds. Service is excellent. Bar is standing room only, nit the best place for a night cap. Weird little hiccups., like not all of the rooms have numbers on them leaving one guessing. Mattress is hard as a rock, the new hotel experience. I would consider staying there again.

Great location with attentive staff and service. Rooms are basic, but clean and nicely decorated. Property is beautiful, pool area includes hot tub, dry sauna, and cold plunge. Must go to the restaurant on-site, Juliette, for delicious food, fabulous drinks, friendly service, live music, and vibrant atmosphere!

Lovely room, bedding etc. location is loud though

The property is gorgeous, but the location is loud. You can hear the throttle of motorcyles and trucks throughout the night. The spa amenities of cold splash and large wooden sauna in addition to hot tub & pool were a nice treat.

The grounds were recently renovated and they are lovely! The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely patio but the chairs on the patio could have used a cushion. We did not try the restaurant because the menu was too limited for us. But the bar and dining area were very nice. The location is great, easily walkable to the town plaza, many restaurants, galleries and shopping. High recommend the Hotel Willa if you are staying in Taos.
