"The room wasn’t 100% clean. There wasn’t a latch to lock the door so I had to put the table in front of the door for extra protection. The towels are all stained (I brought my own so I didn’t use them) there was dirt build up in the corners of the room. Housekeeping came pounding on the door at 9 when checkout is at 11 so that was kind of frustrating. The staff member that checked me in was nice the one i checked out with was on the rude side. But you get what you pay for. Also, there’s a pool but it doesn’t appear to be able to be used unfortunately "

"This place was absolutely lovely! Family like environment and amazing customer service. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable. Very very clean. Had a pool with an amazing view over the river. 10/10 will be booking with them every time we come to Charleston. "
