The accommodation was very poor - old dirty rug on the floor, metal ladder right in the centre of the room, uncomfortable bed, one bright overhead light, cheap bedding & furniture, air freshener to mask smell of drains. The rate we paid was the same as a four star hotel where we stayed elsewhere in Tokyo. The accommodation was not as described and we think we are entitled to a refund.

Nestled in a highly coveted Tokyo suburb, it was a delightful and convenient location. Any supermarkets, convenient stores, restaurants and Izakaya are accessible by foot. Just about anything you need to cook are available.The high ceiling compensated the small space that gave us a sense of freedom in the small country of Japan.Our unit was on the upstairs so the stairs are a bit steep. Recommend it for people younger than those in their 50‘s

Beautiful venue and location

It was a very clean and comfortable stay. The location was close to where i needed to be, near Seijo. The room is clean and amenities in top condition. Explanations about how to use electrical appliances are clear and make the stay comfortable and relaxed.
