Stayed here for 2 Tokyo trips now. Still my favorite hotel to visit, staff is friendly and helpful, luggage delivery is available and this hotel is right next to the train station, like 5 steps from the door. Highly recommend if you're looking for a budget friendly option.

Unmaintained, dirt hallways

The hallways were dirty, massive stained floors. There was some chocolate balls in the hallway which were there on the day I checked in, 3 days later it it was still there, and the cleaners had put their cleaning bags right next to it.

Nice hotel. Fantastic location, right next to metro station. Room is small, but nice and cosy aswell. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is very average if im being honest.

LOCATION: Very convenient right across a subway line. A station away from Shinjuku so centric but away from chaos. Several restaurants nearby and the coffee shop next door was great! Very easy to get to from HND airport. ROOM: The room was “Tokyo-small”. Full size bed, small restroom, mini fridge, small desk. Space under bed to pull our luggage in and out. It was two adults, female 5”1 XS and male 5”11 M; we fit just fine in the bed and traveled with one carry-on and two backpacks, which also fit fine. ((I saw comments about the rooms “definitely” not being for two people, the room could be uncomfortable for larger people and larger suitcases. The restroom was tight for the male occupant)). Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean, no smoke smell, natural light through the window was a plus. AMENITIES: Basic lobby, elevator from first floor to lobby on 2nd floor, additional elevator for the other floors. Coin laundry in 3/4th floors (30 min wash for ¥400, 30 min dry for ¥100). STAFF: Friendly staff, very welcoming. They stored our luggage in the morning until our check in, and they helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel in Onomichi (cash only for this service as they pay a 3rd party) Overall I’d stay there again. This hotel worked out great for us!
