If you're north amercian, the rooms will be on the small size, but well maintained, very clean, and the staff are amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The Casita restaurant on 14 is great as well! Super easy walk to multiple subway stations and lines for quick access throughout Tokyo. Enjoy!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was absolutely amazing! The restaurant makes an incredible breakfast! Everyone was so helpful! Super convenient to all the shopping and food you could every want. Just a few minute walk to the train station. Would most definitely stay there again!

A Gem in Ginza

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel, though busy, always felt quiet and peaceful. Everyone working there was unfailingly polite and helpful. The hotel is a 2-5 minute walk to the Shimbashi Station and is also close to many of the special restaurants and stores of Ginza.

Pleasant quiet hotel in good location. Staff were very attentive and bar restaurant lovely for drink or breakfast (very overpriced for dinner so did not eat there). Very clean and nice sized rooms (for Tokyo), but view from my room was extremely unattractive, looking out over a grubby alley and dirty roof and windows (7th floor). Not the hotels fault, but either ask for a room at the front or stay in a hotel with better views for the price.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel The Celestine Ginza. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location in Ginza is unbeatable—it’s a shopper’s paradise with plenty of high-end stores and amazing restaurants nearby. It was also incredibly convenient for getting around, with the train station just a 10-minute walk away. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with our questions, whether it was about shopping, making restaurant reservations, or organizing transportation. Their hospitality truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Friendly staff clean and will maintained property. The facilities inside the room is top class. My only concern is the size of the room as the entrance and the bathroom takes exactly half the size of the room which leaves little space to arrange the luggage specially if you have too many pieces like me.
