Nice hotel close to shopping area . However they had only 2 working elevators for 30+ floor hotel is unacceptable. They had world track and field championships and various other events in Tokyo happening the elevators should have been a priority. Waiting 15 to 20 min for an elevator is not good. The mattresses need to be changed the mattress was as hard as the box spring. Otherwise the hotel is nice

Conveniently placed in the city next to two subway stations. Nice options on site such as a 7/11. The bathroom is clean even if a bit dated and some leaky taps. The separation of the shower and toilet is rather wanting.

The 2 lifts serving 30 floors during this period makes the wait for lift absolutely horrible especially if you have a stroller. Suggest to have at least 3 lifts serving the main tower as you service or upgrade the other lifts. Other than that, it is a good stay

Very nice

We stayed 2 nights after a cruise to explore Tokyo so only really slept in hotel. It’s massive and rooms are very big and comfy with all amenities in bathroom including hair brush, bobbles, along with all the normal toiletries. Love the heated seat wash lets. 2 breakfast restaurants. Japanese and western. Catering for all needs. We went western and it was very good with a great range. On departure we were leaving 5:40 and breakfast opened at 6, I was disappointed that they couldn’t give us breakfast to take away especially as we had already paid for it. Snd couldn’t refund it as we had booked through hotels.com. Staff very helpful, but it was Japan. We checked in at 11 but our room wasn’t available so we left our baggage and went to explore

A very pleasant hotel for a 12 night stay in September 2025. Very clean, safe, comfortable rooms and good food at breakfast. Like most nice Tokyo hotels food in the restaurants is expensive. $11 CDN for a Coke Zero! Staff were very friendly and helpful and the subway is nearby. Overall a nice place

Great stay

The level of service is unlike anything else I’ve experienced. There was also a self-service laundry which was really helpful. The Sky Salon services were great. We had two amazing massages. There is also a sky lounge that provides great views of the city and complementary drinks. The hotel is close to Shinjuku station.
