Triple room was large and enough for 3 adults and 1 baby (in crib). Excellent toiletries/amenities in room and breakfast buffet is worth it in terms of an add-on. It's close to restaurants and the keio department store, but its a far walk from kabukicho and shopping area. Quiet, safe neighbourhood and staff are super polite

Loved this hotel! The hotel staff were so kind and amazing. The room was clean and the amenities were great. I booked a Premier Grand room and absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in Tokyo.

The room needs improvement, if they kept up the rooms at par to the rear of hotel which was great I’d consider staying here again. The rooms were outdated, no USB ports few outlets and the bathroom was very dated.

Room was big and very clean but a little outdated. HOWEVER, we had an awesome view of mount fuji. We also received 10% discount at the hotel’s restaurants, nice perk! Hotel staff is AMAZING!
