Lots of space in our two twin bed hotel room which was rare in my experience staying in Tokyo. Friendly staff. Great location- about a 5-10 minute walk to everything. The train station is very close. Only downside is they don’t have laundry- found one about a 10 minute walk away.

Hotel is in an extremely convenient location - right next to shibuya station new south gate exit!, can easily walk to shibuya scramble too which was nice. 7-eleven on one end and a family mart on the other. Staff also help out with luggage transfers, can't really ask for more really.

I loved that I was able to go downstairs to make a nice strong coffee with the coffee machine any time that I wanted! Please keep this feature. The coffee beans used on the premises were great too. I loved the ambient lighting in the room, how quickly I could get hot water from the faucet, and the water pressure through the shower nozzle. Maybe make it standard practice for staff to check whether the air conditioner is working before guests check in to their room. It was a bit of an inconvenience having to shift from my first room to another in order to access a working air conditioner. Also, I think the appearance of the grout between tiles in the rooms could be improved. Some of the grout in the bathroom had black patches, which looked like mould, although I'm not sure if it actually was mould.

Room was unclean, too small and had a weird smell. Most staff were helpful but I sometimes found some unwelcoming and unfriendly. Only good thing was that it was close to the station. I probably would not stay here again or recommend it. The station was a maze and I found it hard to navigate getting to/from the hotel some days.

This hotel sells itself as a boutique hotel. But our hotel room was horrible. There was a long crack in the wall, and the ceiling was almost in a slight V-shape. There was mold growing in the grout in the shower, and the step up into the bathroom was just plywood. The elevators were also quick to close and closed on my husband several times, the last time he ended up with bruises. It was my husband and I’s honeymoon and we totally got played from the photos. Would not recommend staying there.
