THE EXPERIENCE
The venue gets six hours of your weekend. This home gets the rest — the arrival night, the slow breakfast, the getting-ready morning with everyone in one place, the day-after debrief around the table. Our concierge Aria (in your guest portal) handles venue directions, group logistics, and local recommendations so you can stay present.

GOOD TO KNOW
A quiet residential retreat — registered overnight guests only (max 12); no functions, receptions, or attendees beyond your booked group; quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. Guests celebrating at nearby venues are exactly who this home was built for. Exterior security cameras only (front door, driveway, backyard) — never inside. Government ID and a short rental agreement required after booking. Pets welcome upon request (fee applies).
CELEBRATE WITH YOUR GROUP — THAT`S WHAT THIS HOME IS FOR. Toast the couple at dinner, cut a cake, enjoy the getting-ready morning, gather everyone you love under one roof. The rules below exist so the home stays a private retreat for you, not a venue for outsiders.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Max 12 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Anyone beyond your booked count — day visitors included — requires our written approval in advance. Unapproved visitors are a material breach of these rules.

YOUR PRIVATE RETREAT, NOT A VENUE. We can`t accommodate functions, receptions, ceremonies, open-invite gatherings, or commercial photo/film shoots — no attendees beyond your registered group, ever (Airbnb Community Disturbance Policy and City of Brampton by-laws). Guests attending celebrations at nearby venues are exactly who this home was designed for.

QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Brampton`s noise by-law applies at all times. No amplified music outdoors, ever. Indoors, keep the volume at a level your neighbours would never notice.

PARKING: 4 vehicles, driveway only. Please keep neighbours` driveways and the street clear.

NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property. No illegal substances.

PETS: Welcome upon request with prior approval. Pet fee applies. Pets must not be left unattended and must be kept off beds and furniture.

VERIFICATION: Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement may be required before check-in.

MONITORING: Exterior security cameras cover the front entrance, driveway and the backyard. An indoor decibel monitor measures sound levels only — it never records audio or video.

ENFORCEMENT: Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, reporting to the platform, and recovery of fines, damages, and additional cleaning costs. Stays are licences to occupy, not tenancies, per our Terms of Service.
