Loved the location, Old Town Toronto. The hotel itself is a little dated, but was super clean, really comfortable beds and had the most friendly and helpful staff. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, bars, parks, all the tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Really close to St. Lawrence Market and St. Michael's hospital. This is the second stay we have done. The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and accommodating with late check-out if needed.

Good hotel

People were nice and room very clean. Breakfast was very good, having a paid garage definitely a plus. Unfortunately the property is located across a park that is full of tents with homeless people, does not feel safe in the night.

I had an enjoyable stay — the rooms were very clean and comfortable, with hygiene products provided, which was a nice touch. The hotel gym, however, is quite small; with just four people working out, it already felt overcrowded, making it a bit rushed to complete a workout due to limited machines and space. The buffet was excellent and very convenient, especially for busy travelers and those attending business meetings like myself. Parking was another plus, with spaces available right on-site. Overall, a great stay with only minor improvements needed for the fitness area.
