"1st room didn't have a working tv or phone. Dirty sock under the chair, some garment behind dresser and broken bed frame so the lady moved us to a new room. This room and mens undergarment under the chair and a polo hanging in the closet so obviously they don't move items to clean thoroughly. All other aspects was clean but there were no beddings provided for the sofa"

"Expected way more than what was paid for. Inconvenient location with nothing going for it. Additional resort taxes upon checkin too....not happy about this reservation. "

"Staff couldn't get outside parties to turn down their music because none of the people have in the party spoke English. Someone left their dog in the hotel room alone so that it could bark and throw a fit for two hours in the middle of the night The walls were so thin that there were a couple of guys in the room next to us who obviously had not seen each other in years. They stayed up talking until after 5:30 in the morning. They were not yelling they were not fighting. They were just having a normal conversation that we could hear through the walls. We were allotted two towels, and two washcloths. No hand towels. No Kleenexes. Definitely "a no-frills" operation."

"Very impressed. Rooms was clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Restaurant was good. I liked the balcony opening up to the courtyard. It was much nicer than most of the big chain hotels I usually stay at. The ladies at the desk got me checked in quickly. Parking lot is small but they do have overflow or long term parking behind the building that requires your key card. "

"Quck check in, clean room, fun water park for grandkids!! Great breakfast options . We enjoyed our stay and were concerned about the negative reviews but we were happy. "
