Front desk staff were excellent, listening to their customers and then providing feedback and support. Two infrastructure issues -room tv didn’t work and was repaired the next day - front desk staff did a welfare check to make sure I was okay after the room phone sent multiple emergency room messages were sent to MBC leadership, to determining the situation in

Half of the lights worked in the room. The walk-in shower door needs to be sealed. Since water will leak on the mat. Stains throughout the hallway carpet. The staff were friendly and helpful! They deserve wage/pay increases!

Had a bag of my belongings come up missing and was given 0 assistance from hotel management specifically Tearsa Green "manager" on site chose to stay on zoom while the people responsible for my missing items were aloud to leave at shift change so my issue couldn't get resolved PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING EXCELLENT LOCATION BUT ROOMS AND MANAGEMENT ARE TURNING IT INTO MOTEL VIBES VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The housekeeping staff decided to leave and there was none on site. The room that was assigned to us was not clean, no sheets on the bed, dirty sink, no towels, and unable to find tv remote. Cooperate should have stepped in to help the hotel staff, instead of assigning dirty rooms and letting the existing hotel staff and customers suffer.

The room was ok. It looks like there are areas that need to be fixed but overall it was ok. We found some trash that was not cleaned from the previous tenant but nothing thar was too gross. There was a weird noise humming around during our stay that made it hard to sleep. Unfortunately, we were told during checkout that the hotel was sold out for the weekend so we knew that there was no way to be moved to a different room. I notified the front desk agent of these issues during check out. I really wish the window glass was sound proof but they weren't. During our last night, the fire alarm went off at a bulding next to the hotel and the sound was really loud it barely let us sleep or go back to sleep. Overall 5 out of 10. Staff looked really overworked but friendly.

Was originally placed in a room right next to elevator that was extremely loud. Arrived in room and it smelled like cat pee. When I requested to switch rooms I was treated like I was an inconvenience. Was given a different room only to find it wasn’t cleaned. Was given 2 more rooms to have same problem. Finally was given a room that was not what I booked. Went to the hotel bar and they were out of almost everything. The description of property is severely misleading. I will never stay at this or another Aloft hotel again.

The room smelled moldy. There werewater stains all on the ceiling and walls. I heard other guests arguing with staff about being overcharged as i was checking in. I should have took that as a sign. I had already paid through Expedia but was charged again at the property. When I reached out to the hotel, no one answered. I finally got someone online who said they released my "hold" but i only got $100 returned. Im still waiting for the rest of my money a week later. This was my 1st and last time at Aloft.
