No Air condition and Lousy Customer Service

The apartment is okay however the aircondition is not working at all. Given the temperature at Venice that is really hot, it would have been great if they fixed the air conditioned on time or could have checked if its working or not. We called the following day in the morning to report the issue and was responded that they look into it. When we cane home around 6pm, we found out that nobody came to fix it. We called and again and was told that there is no more maintenance guy to fix at that time. What a lousy service. We stayed at this apartment with no air condition at all and some electrical outlets not working as well.
