We arrived from the airport by water taxi right to the front door of the hotel as it is located on the Grand Canal in the San Polo district. Check-in was efficient and hotel staff took care of our luggage. They serve an excellent buffet style breakfast with a wide variety of food both hot and cold. Our room was very comfortable, very clean and well stocked with amenities in the bathroom. All of the hotel staff spoke English and were very helpful with directions to points of interest as well as dinner reservations. A great hotel in a great location, highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful property, right there in grand canal which makes it walkable to all the interest places in Venezia. Convenient to arrive and depart since water taxis can pick you up front. The room was amazongtwith a view to the grand canal, very safe area with lots of dining options. Staff is wonderful, especially the guys at the bar, amazing service. Breakfast was also great!

We had a spacious room overlooking the grande canal on the top floor (4). The room was decorated beautifully, very clean, and plenty of storage with complimentary beverages. The bathroom is also quite large giving enough space to comfortably towel dry after a shower or prep for the evening. The location is just a couple minutes walk from dining and tourist sites but far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet. The staff is all extremely professional and kind. The staff is a 5 star experience. If arriving in Venice by train, the hotel is a short walk from a vaporetti stop (ie water bus). Dont worry about figuring it out in advance. If you can use Google maps and have tap and pay on your phone - you're good. If arriving by air I'd 100% recommend a water taxi. It'll drop you right at the hotel doorstep and is a beautiful way to begin your Venice experience. For this you also don't need to arrange in advance. Just walk to the water taxi area in the airport and they will be waiting. We enjoyed Venice very much, it exceeded our expectations, and we will be returning for another stay.

Property is great, right on grand canal. Complimentary water taxi for murano island which was wonderful. Air conditioning was not that great. My jewelry got stolen from my handbag when the cleaning service came to make the beds, which was very disappointing.

courteous and informative staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the service in the evening, the breakfast was extensive and delicious. We took a trip that was arranged by the concierge to the islands. We can’t say enough about the level of service that was offered at this quaint hotel. The location was ideal a very short walk from the Rialto Bridge.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. It was a very short walk from the water bus stop, with shops, a market and restaurants nearby. I was given a room upgrade on arrival so i had a larger room than expected. I received the complimentary bottle of Prosecco included in the booking. Each day there was one litre of bottled water in the room. There was a wide choice available at breakfast. The hotel was very clean, i particularly liked the decor. All staff were welcoming and friendly. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was being woken by a ln irritating noise in the middle of the night on day 1, it sounded a bit like a washing machine, but it could have been the fridge in the room.

Loved all of the aesthetics of this hotel. Staff was hospitable and courteous. The location is excellent as well given it is within the same general area of the tourist attractions. However, I would recommend that maps be provided to every guest upon completing their registration. It can easily be added to the welcome packet present in each room. I was a little disturbed to know that the hotel only provides tours to Murano and Burano islands. Therefore, if you have other tours you are interested in it would be best for you to book them in advance of your trip. All of in all we enjoyed our stay here and will book again in the future.

Perfect location to spend part of our honeymoon! The water taxi from the airport dropped us off right at the hotel and a bottle of prosecco on ice was waiting in our room as a welcome from the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly!
