Great location. Close to shopping areas and restaurants, st marks square. Room is small and low ceiling so may feel claustrophobic, also towels have stains on it. Otherwise, staff are friendly and helpful.

This place was AMAZING. The staff were extremely kind, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries brought everyday! The hotel is however a 35 minute walk from the train station which was rough with luggage, but my boyfriend and I managed.

Enjoyed Montecarlo

Great location, staff very welcoming and great to ask for recommendations. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have great A/C. We enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea. The hotel gives a complimentary tour to a Morano Glass Factory. You get to see a glass maker demonstrate glass making and get to see ahd hear about Murano Glass and have a chance to purchase if you desire. A particulatly helpful service is that a staff member will take your luggage and usher you to the water taxi pickup for the train station or airport.

Small but lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean with a European flair in the decor. Breakfast is included in a comfortable and spacious dining area, which looks like the inside of a fancy train. The breakfast is buffet style with many delicious selections.

The staff is amazing Massimo, and Dario came through with last-minute airport transportation arrangements and were very helpful. The full breakfast was delicious and the hotel’s location was convenient near San Marco square. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was noise from people in the upper floors and hallway, but overall it was a very good experience.

Texans in Venice

Our stay was only 1 night, but the staff were all extremely helpful and very friendly. They took care of our water taxi reservations to & from the airport. Hotel location is close to many sites to see and shops to visit. Very pleasant stay, we will be back.
