Everybody was so friendly and helpful starting with the hotel director Andrea. I would stay there again when I go to Venice. Highly recommended. Close to everything. Breakfast spread was great and dining area was so quaint and not too overwhelmingly big like other hotels.

We stayed at Hotel Scandinavia 10 years ago. It is even more charming today! They have also installed a lift which makes it a little easier for a couple that is 10 years older and still haven’t learned how to pack light for Italy. The service was top notch, location is perfect and the room very adequate. Hope we can stay here again some day.

Quaint, comfortable, historic hotel right on a beautiful plaza with a pharmacy, restaurants, and gelato. Very close walk to major attractions like St. Mark’s and the Rialto bridge. Elena at the front desk is super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend the Hotel . We stayed there for four days before we went on a cruise,The hotel is in the middle of everything going on,Right out the door is a fabulous restaurant with all kinds of shops.As far as the hotel it was great the staff couldn’t do enough for you has plenty of places for you to visit.the breakfast was unbelievable all kinds of food and plenty of room.My room was very clean and if You needed something they took care of you.

I struggled to sleep in our room in this hotel - the shutters on the windows didn't fit quite the window shape, and there were no curtains to draw to block out the light, so I woke up at 5am each day with light shining directly on my face. We could also hear a lot of noise from the corridor as people started to get up around 6.30/7am onwards. However, all the staff were really friendly, the location was super central, and we loved the décor of the room and the wonderful shower too.

Great location

Lovely stay in Venice. Although advertised as WiFi available there wasn’t. Was given details to link to hotel next door but didn’t work. Room was top floor with small balcony looking over rooftops, it was lovely but a very hot radiator in bathroom which we couldn’t adjust made room very warm. Breakfast was continental butwas plentiful with good choices. Reception staff very helpful. Short walk to Rialto Bridge and St Marc’s.
